Introvert party all over the world!

Here in NYC, we're kind of shell-shocked, but still moving around; I've heard rumblings of a possible quarantine order going down, but I'm hoping it isn't needed.

I've actually loved spending the whole day alone indoors with my cat; as bitterlawngnome remarked, "It's an introvert party!"

It would be nice if more people on DW connect, but regardless, let's enjoy the party.

Speaking as a resident of a city smaller than NYC with an outbreak...yeah you need tougher measures than you currently have.

I caught part of the livestream address with our sometime mayor earlier, and it kind of made me wish we had a mayor like Gavin Newsom instead.

yay, good to see you here. Out in the boonies things don't look that different, other than kids (and parents) being home during the day, but grocery stores are empty of some things.
As much as a hermit as I am normally, the lack of in person contact is allowing my brain to obsess/stress more than usual, so I need to get out more, take the dog to parks etc. and post here, yeah.
