1/2 cup of Evolution kibble
carrot shavings
crunchy sprouts
broccoli sprouts
sugar snap peas!
1 tsp flax meal
splash of flaxseed oil
1 tsp hempseed
1/2 tsp Tyme-Zyme enzyme powder
gob of peanut butter
one multivitamin (LifeEssence from PureEssence labs)
( I ate it all and licked the bowl! )
