My so-called journal

This morning Mr. Springer had a wonderful breakfast consisting of:

1/2 cup of Evolution kibble
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. Tyme-zyme enzyme powder
1 tsp. Missing Link vegetarian formula
1 tsp. hempseed
1 tab LifeEssence from PureEssence labs multivitamin
Shredded zucchini and crookneck squash
Tatsoi
Crunchy sprouts
Peanut butter!

Tonight, Mr. Springer had

1/2 cup of Evolution kibble
carrot shavings
crunchy sprouts
broccoli sprouts
sugar snap peas!
1 tsp flax meal
splash of flaxseed oil
1 tsp hempseed
1/2 tsp Tyme-Zyme enzyme powder
gob of peanut butter
one multivitamin (LifeEssence from PureEssence labs)

( I ate it all and licked the bowl! )

Tonight, Jerry had:

1/2 cup of Evolution kibble, plus most of 1 carrot (shaved)
1 gob of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. flaxseed
1 tsp. hempseed
1/2 tsp. Time-Zyme enzyme powder
1/4 tsp. chlorella
1/2 cup water (to mix)
handful of crunchy sprouts. I also usually add a multivitamin to the mix; lately it's Life Essence from Pure Essence labs, because that's what I take. (4 a day for me, 2 a day for him.)

Nothing but the best for my dog: tonight Mr. Jerry Springer had 1/2 cup of Evolution kibble, plus 1 small zucchini (shredded), 1 gob of natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp. flaxseed, 1 tsp. hempseed, 1/2 tsp. Time-Zyme enzyme powder, 1/2 cup water (to mix), handful of crunchy sprouts. How yummo is that?
