Oct. 3rd, 2008 09:38 pmAll three of my dogs have been shelter dogs, and all have been purebreds. I wish people would realize that "boutique" dogs are not more "special" than other dogs; they're often sick and have genetic defects. No one ever loves you like a shelter pet!
