In fairness, no one ever uses it that way. It's like saying someone ejaculated. Technically, they could be spurting out words, but probably not.

Well, some people do use the word "intercourse;" I was most surprised just that he didn't know it wasn't just about sex.

Yeah, when I was in high school we went on an exchange concert to Gap, PA, and some of the neighboring towns were named not only Blue Ball, but Bird-in-Hand and Paradise, as well.
