This is my next Halloween costume

Yesterday I had the second phase of my root-canal surgery; I took this pic when I had to use the bathroom; I got up and my first thought was, "So this is what a dental dam is for!"

Pretty bizarre; for this second phase they put in the post and capped the tooth, so it's stable. Next time, they put on the crown. Hope I'm not going to be having too many more of these.

This is probably the only actual use for a dental dam I've ever heard of. I had the same thought when I had my root canal. :P

I still can't stop looking at the picture. That is so grotesque…I really should make a Halloween costume like that—and a matching one for my dog!
