I don't think MGTOW is the right way to cope with a power group that regularly issues edicts that men are to blame and have no problems, and works to get them enacted as law.

It's like Woodrow Wilson declaring he was "too proud to fight" after a U-boat murdered hundreds of American citizens.

That is, it's the act of a coward.
