Inktober Day 7: ENCHANTED

I've been slow at posting these Inktober drawings, and I don't know if I did a Day 6; but here's "ENCHANTED" from day 7.

(Part of my problem is that I can't find a reliable hosting platform; but the other part is finding the time to draw. I drew either DIZZY [Day 24] or SWING [Day 9] last night; tonight I probably won't have any chance to do a drawing. So be it.)

Actually, stippling is how I taught myself to draw again. In 1981 I was in a car crash, and after I came out of the coma, I had to re-learn how to draw, write, use a fork, tie my shoes, etc.

Stippling was the easiest way to re-learn how to draw, because my motor control was all over the place, and this way I could reduce a line to a series of dots. I still like the technique, and when I used to do film photography would often print grainy low-light photos—not always intentionally; sometimes I just didn't have enough light.
