My point was that D3 is good for you. If D3 magically had a vegan source, Mr. Cohen wouldn't criticize it as rat poison even though it still would be. He's just a shill.

It should also be mentioned that the vegan ergocalciferol (D2) is way cheaper than D3 so often that's what ends up in milk, even though it barely works as a supplement.

I know it's illegal to sell it in Canada because I had to ship a package of it over there and had difficulty doing so. I did not get this information from NotMilk.

Oh, customs laws. Do you remember my post about how toys not made entirely of wood and artificial plants are also controlled substances? Even if you can't ship it TO canada, you can go there and buy it at the store.

Anyone who claims vitamin D is bad for you is just grinding an axe.
