franklanguageI just saw the New York Times obit of Hon. Rob Ford, former mayor of Toronto. All I could say was, "Oh, fuck."
I mean, we knew he had cancer, and that often doesn't end well, but I'd never wish cancer on anyone.

Date: 2016-03-22 08:45 pm (UTC)I think it was one of those times when I had the exact equal measure of two conflicting emotions and it resulted in complete neutrality.
On one hand, this was ROB FORD, but on the other hand, like you said: cancer, (which I honestly didn't know he had, but could explain at least some of his erratic behavior in hindsight).
So, "Huh."
